About Me
I am currently a senior at the University of Texas at Austin.
The major that I am pursuing is in Multimedia Journalism which focuses on the implementation
of technology and the Internet to help serve the field of journalism
and/or communication. The degree certifies my abilities to understand, use, and
learn the latest tools and software available.
In addition to the standard journalism courses, I have taken and will
take courses that help reveal the uses and effect that technology has had
on society as well as our culture. Several other foundation courses that I have completed
are Photoshop, Intro to Programming, and Graphic Design.
The variety of writing courses that I have taken allow me to be versatile
in my work. As the demand in writing style changes from formal to informal
or composition to journalistic, I am more than capable of making the transition. Having this
flexibility, when it comes to writing, makes any task achievable.
